5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Musim is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

6. Return, Refund & Alteration

  • All purchases come with a 30-day fit warranty.

  • Returns and alterations must follow our Return Policy (linked to your full return policy page).

  • Refunds are only available after Musim has attempted an alteration and the product still does not fit satisfactorily.

  • Customers who make a purchase will automatically be registered as a Musim Member.
